Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the location, right next to the tourism lift which takes you to the main shopping area. The view from the room was amazing, especially during the sunset. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always available to help. The hot water was available all the time, which was a plus. enjoyed the delicious food served.

The room was a bit average, nothing extraordinary. The towels provided were dirty and the bathroom kit was missing.

Minutes from christ church and other tourist sights. Cafe Simla Times with coffee & goodies is 900 feet walk away. Staff was HELPFUL and we enjoyed our stay.
